Ed McGovern, Principal
Mr. McGovern brings more than 20 years of government relations, issue development, campaign management, and consulting experience to the company's list of clients. Mr. McGovern has managed and consulted on numerous successful political campaigns including statewide, state legislature, county, city and initiative campaigns.
Muffie Meier, Principal
Ms. Meier has over 20 years of national, state, and local political experience to her credit. Her extensive network of political and business contacts is virtually unsurpassed. Ms. Meier is a nationally recognized fundraiser, having worked on fundraising campaigns ranging from presidential campaigns to major ballot initiatives. Ms. Meier also serves on the Board of Directors for the Zen Hospice Project.
Don Cecil, Senior Associate
Mr. Cecil has extensive experience at the local government and federal government level. Mr. Cecil served as a Legislative Aide to San Jose City Councilmember Margie Matthews. In that capacity, Mr. Cecil worked on such issues as transportation, healthcare, city contracts and a variety of other local government matters. Mr. Cecil worked in the White House Office of Administration during the Clinton Administration. His expertise includes fundraising, marketing, public relations and campaign consulting.
